1. Collection of personal information
Regarding the collection of information by the Council, information will be collected clearly noting to the individual the objective of its use and upon receiving approval, excluding cases in which there is a fear of the rights and benefits of the individual or a third person being infringed. Collected personal information shall only be used for the objective set forth, the range of use will be restricted and information will be handled appropriately.

3. Management of personal information
When handling personal information, the Council shall execute strict security to avoid the improper use of information. The Council will also implement the required and appropriate measures to avoid inappropriate access, and leaks, outflow, loss or damage of personal information.
In the event the Council consigns part of the operation to a subcontractor and personal information is entrusted to a third party, an agent with sufficient personal information security qualifications will be selected, and agreement will be tied with the relevant agent for enforcement of strict security standards, thereafter providing instruction and management for the appropriate handling of the said information.
4. Disclosure of personal information
Personal information held by the Council will be promptly handled within a rational range, and such information will not be disclosed to third parties without the advance approval of the customers, excluding cases where personal information is called for through legal order.
When personal information is entrusted to a third party (consigned), an agent with sufficient personal information security qualifications will be selected, and agreement will be tied with the relevant agent for the enforcement of strict security standards, thereafter providing instruction and management for appropriate handling of the said information.
5. Security for personal information
As proof of the legitimateness of our site, when personal information is being offered, an electronic certificate by a third party will be issued through browser software to customers. Furthermore, cryptographic technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) will be used to implement confidentiality and highly secure communication management.
